Axia was founded in Hertfordshire in 1994 as a hands-on IT services business — racking servers, pulling cable and answering calls when things broke. Thirty years on, the company is still privately held, still British, and still answering calls.
AxiaNET exists because connectivity, hosting, SaaS and voice stopped being separate problems a long time ago. Our customers were buying broadband from one supplier, phones from another, M365 from a third, and chasing all three when something went wrong. That doesn't work anymore.
So we built our own network, brought hosting and voice onto it, and packaged it as a single UK service. One contract, one bill, one number to call. Engineered by the same team that's been doing this since dial-up.
