Do you survey before quoting?: Yes. Every leased-line quote includes a free desktop survey against every available carrier at your postcode, so we can quote actual install costs — not best-case marketing numbers.
Can you take over an existing circuit?: Often, yes. Where the underlying bearer is portable (Openreach EAD, CityFibre Ethernet, etc.) we can re-home it to AxiaNET without a re-install. We'll tell you straight if it's not worth the effort.
How does failover actually work?: Active/passive on our managed router, or active/active over SD-WAN. Failover targets sub-second on tunnel-based designs; sub-30 seconds on plain dual-WAN routers. We test it on every install.
Can I have my own IP space?: Absolutely. We support BYO PA/PI space announced over BGP, or you can rent IPv4 from us. IPv6 is included on every connection at no charge.
