- Can you migrate my existing site?
- Yes — included with every Business and Managed VPS plan. We move the files, the database, the email and the DNS, then cut over out of hours. Most migrations are invisible to the end user.
- Do you host email too?
- Yes. We run our own UK-based business email platform with anti-spam, anti-malware, mobile sync and shared calendars. We can also manage Microsoft 365 if you'd rather — see the SaaS page.
- How are backups handled?
- Nightly off-site snapshots, 30-day rolling retention as standard, longer on request. Restores are free; we don't charge for getting your own data back.
- Is the hosting GDPR-friendly?
- All hosting infrastructure is in UK data centres, owned and operated by AxiaNET / our group. No third-country transfers unless you explicitly opt in.
